New Orleans Style Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp Bisque

An easy version of a classic Cajun bisque recipe, which comes from French settlers in Louisiana. This delicious Seafood dish is an authentic Louisiana Soup made with frozen Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp. Ingredients: 3 Tbsp butter or margarine ​ 1 onion, finely chopped ​ 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped ​ 2 stalks celery, finely chopped ​ 1 clove garlic, minced ​ Pinch of dry mustard and cayenne pepper ​ 2 tsp paprika ​ 3 Tbsp flour ​ 4 cups fish stock ​ 1 sprig thyme ​ 1 bay leaf ​ 8 oz raw, peeled Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp ​ Salt and pepper Snipped chives Cooking  Instructions: 1. I n a saucepan,  melt the butter  or margarine.  ​​ 2.  Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. ​​ Cook gently to soften. ​​ 3. Stir in there dry mustard, cayenne pepper, paprika, and flour.   minutesminutTotal: There is nothing better than this thick, creamy, and flavorful New Orleans Favorite!  This dish is a perfect blend of smoky andouille sausage and perfectly cooked beans. 1 cup white rice 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 (12.8-ounce) package Big Easy smoked andouille sausage, thinly sliced 1 medium sweet onion, diced 1 green bell pepper, diced 2 celery, diced 2 tablespoons tomato paste 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning, salt-free 3 (15-ounce) cans red beans, drained and rinsed 3 cups chicken stock 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1 bay leaf Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves ctions 1. Sriracha Mayo Fried Shrimp in an Air Fryer

Prep: 30 minutes  |  Cook:  15 | Total: 45  minutes minutesminutTotal: Using an air fryer, you can make tender, totally crispy fried shrimp in no time.  Traditional fried shrimp can get heavy, greasy, and greasy, but these homemade popcorn shrimp are light  and airy.  They are seasoned with Old Bay, have crunchy panko crumbs, and are accompanied by a fresh, cool,  creamy sriracha mayo.  ¼ cup mayonnaise ½ tablespoon sriracha plus more to taste, up to 1 tablespoon ½ teaspoon lemon juice 1 clove garlic minced salt to taste For the Fried Shrimp ½ cup all-purpose flour see Notes 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning 2 large eggs whisked 1 cup panko breadcrumbs see Notes 1 pound large, uncooked shrimp peeled Instructions 1.
